Criticism

I feel that WHEREVER you are going you have to start somewhere. Usually that "somewhere" is RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. I try to impress upon people that they should be TOTALLY honest. It would be nice if we lived in a world where people were always straight up and candid with you but we don't. So you have to get smart about decoding people's less than honest feedback or "non-communication" communications.
