I apologize for the poor lighting, but this is really where I will be going in the next few months. I like the starkness of the image and it's dramatic graphic effect. I also like the distressed look of it all. I like to think of them as "sculptural drawings" since you are conscious off it's "thingness" as an image on a surface. Reinforcing the real world subject matter of a fashion ad. This could have been torn down from a billboard in Chelsea. Something "outside" of the work on view "inside".
